Business case: PMT for DB-International
DB-International is an engineering company from the German Railcompany DB. They develop, plan, construct and operate rail infrastructure.
In order to manage large projects worldwide, B. Rekencentra developed a tailor-made in-house Project Management Tool. PMT is designed as a front-end application for SAP and is integrated in the business project structure of DB. PMT manages the Companies project portfolio, project planning, project calculation, resource planning, time and project tracking, cost and budget management and reporting.
