B. Rekencentra is a sponsor for educational projects in the area of Science and Technology. Together with the University of Gent and Johan De Winter, who is a Technology teacher, B. Rekencentra developed a user interface, Robomatic, for the communication with an electronic device called S-Tablet. The aim of this project was to develop an integrated full solution electronic device and software to support and simulate automation and control systems in the field of technical engineering.

S-Tablet is the successor of “Schakel Interface” The Schakel-Interface project was chosen as the third laureate of the Queen Paola Price for Science and Technology.
